Terms and Conditions

Payment of Fees

Fees for children’s classes are charged by the term. There is no option to do casual drop-in classes. It is a condition of attendance at the school that fees are paid in full by the end of the first week.  An email will be sent to parents before the end of each term advising them of the next term’s fee unless notification has been received that you no longer require a place at the school. Termly fees do not include fees for examinations, private lessons, extra exam coaching classes or uniform.

Exam Fees

If your child is taking an exam, fees must be paid at the latest, two months in advance of the examination date. Exam fees are non-refundable. If your child is ill or incapacitated on the day of the exam, a 50% refund may be available from the Royal Academy of Dance. This will require a doctor’s certificate for which your surgery may charge a fee.

Refunds

Termly fees are non-refundable. If your child is ill or unable to attend a class, they may attend a catch up class, online if appropriate, in an alternative lesson at the discretion of the school. However, if an arrangement cannot be made, we cannot be held responsible for missed classes nor can the classes be credited.

If a class is cancelled by the Principal, in this case only, a refund of the class fee will be made OR the class fee can be held over to the following term.
